Stopped by the Gladstone Bakery for a morning treat and then went to the Sandilands Forest Discovery Centre. We toured a tree planting train car (the museum has since closed and the train car was moved to the Manitoba Agricultural Museum). Also stopped by the Lake of the Woods Museum.
Beautiful campsite right on Dogtooth Lake — the Cadillac of sites! Made a reservation to guarantee the site on a Friday night ($37.50+res fee+tax...about $52). Canadian camping is costly.
